Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed rather than sold. By downloading or using the xCrypto Signals App (the “Licensed Application”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights will automatically end if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Licensed Application and remove it from your devices.
The Licensed Application may provide access to services or content operated by the Licensor or third parties (“External Services”).
Use of External Services is at your own risk. The Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party content. Any financial or market information is provided for informational purposes only.
The Licensor may modify, suspend, or discontinue External Services at any time without liability.
THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
In no event shall total liability exceed USD $50.00, except where restricted by applicable law.
You may not use or export the Licensed Application in violation of United States export laws or regulations, or applicable local laws.
You represent that you are not located in a restricted or embargoed jurisdiction.
The Licensed Application and related documentation are considered Commercial Items and are licensed to government users only with the rights granted under this Agreement.
Unless otherwise required by law, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
If you reside in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the laws of your country of habitual residence shall apply.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
